2. Data collected

As part of using the Site, we collect:

  • Email address: provided after payment, to let you retrieve your diagnostic and training at any time without paying again.
  • Diagnostic answers: your answers to the quiz questions, in order to calculate and provide your result.
  • Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe (see section 6); VEODYS never has access to your full card number.
  • Language preference: remembered via a technical cookie to show you the Site in your chosen language on future visits.
  • Customer reviews (if you choose to leave one): name or nickname, rating, comment, and an email address not displayed publicly, used only to allow you to delete your review later.

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Let you access your diagnostic and training after payment;
  • Calculate and provide you with a personalized result;
  • Manage any free or paid retakes of the diagnostic;
  • Display the customer reviews you choose to publish;
  • Reply to you if you contact us via the email address shown on the Site.

Your data is never sold, rented, or used for unsolicited commercial prospecting.

4. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your data is based on the performance of the contract binding you to VEODYS when purchasing a diagnostic (Article 6.1.b GDPR), and, for customer reviews, on your explicit consent at the time of publication.

5. Data retention period

Your data (email, diagnostic results) is kept for 3 years from your last visit so you can retrieve your diagnostic. Billing data is kept in accordance with legal accounting obligations (10 years, under French law). Customer reviews are kept until you request their deletion or contact us at the address below.

6. Recipients of data and transfers outside the EU

Your payment data is transmitted to Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., our payment provider, which may transfer certain technical data to the United States under contractual safeguards recognized by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses). No other data is shared with any third party beyond what is strictly necessary for payment processing.

7. Cookies

The Site only uses technical cookies strictly necessary for it to function (remembering your chosen language). These cookies do not require prior consent under applicable regulations, as they are essential to the service. The Site does not use any advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your data;
  • Right to rectification;
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
  • Right to restriction of processing;
  • Right to data portability;
  • Right to object.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL): www.cnil.fr, or with your own country's data protection authority.
