2. Purpose
These terms of sale govern the sale of digital entrepreneurial diagnostics on the CAP website (hereafter "the Site"), published by VEODYS. Placing an order on the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the buyer.
3. Description of the service
The Site offers a personalized entrepreneurial diagnostic, in the form of a questionnaire, identifying a business profile matching the user among more than 200 referenced business ideas, along with a complete digital training course (5 content pages) for the identified business idea. The service is entirely digital and delivered immediately after payment, with no physical medium.
4. Price
Prices are shown in [local currency depending on the buyer's country] including all taxes, excluding any fees related to the payment method used. VEODYS reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applicable is the one in effect at the time of order. The initial diagnostic is currently priced at 16.99$, and a paid retake at 5.99$.
5. Order and payment
Orders are placed directly online on the Site. Payment is processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., a third-party payment provider. VEODYS does not collect or store any bank card data. The order is only considered final once payment is confirmed by Stripe.
6. Delivery of the service
Access to the diagnostic and its associated training is granted immediately after payment is validated, by electronic means. No delivery delay applies, as the service is entirely dematerialized.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
By confirming their order and immediately accessing their diagnostic, the buyer expressly requests the immediate performance of the service and expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal, acknowledging that this right can no longer be exercised once the diagnostic and training have been accessed.
8. Diagnostic retakes
Each initial purchase includes one free retake of the diagnostic. Beyond that, any further retake is offered at the price shown on the Site at the time of the request.
9. Complaints and refunds
In the event of a technical issue preventing access to a paid service, the buyer may contact contact @ cap2job.com. VEODYS will review each request individually. Outside of a confirmed technical issue, and given the waiver of the right of withdrawal set out in section 7, no refund will be granted once the diagnostic and training have been accessed.
10. Liability
The diagnostic is a tool intended to aid reflection and orientation. It does not constitute personalized business creation, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. VEODYS cannot be held liable for decisions made by the buyer based on the diagnostic results or the content of the associated training, nor for the consequences of their implementation.

12. Governing law and disputes
These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the buyer may resort to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method. Failing an amicable resolution, the courts of STRASBOURG shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
